I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The attention to detail and cleanliness were exceptional. The staff was very kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. The location was perfect, nestled in a cute neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and conveniences nearby. The rooms were well-appointed and I especially loved the robes and yukatas. The breakfast included was delicious and a great start to the day.
One small improvement could be better ventilation in the rooms. Other than that, everything was great.

The attention to detail at this hotel is impressive. From the well-appointed rooms to the lovely design, every aspect is carefully thought out. The staff is very helpful and the service is top-notch. The location is perfect, situated in a cute neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and conveniences nearby. The breakfast, included with the room, is a nice touch and offers a good variety of options to start the day.
One small improvement could be to provide a pamphlet or guide in the room, outlining the hotel's amenities and services, such as spa facilities, breakfast details, and rooftop information. This would save guests from having to ask the concierge multiple questions.

During our Easter vacation, we had a lovely time staying in a Japanese-themed hotel. One of the best aspects of our stay was the complimentary coffee and tea that the staff offered us every time we returned to our room. the location was also a plus, with plenty of restaurants and conveniences nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We also appreciated the warm hospitality, with the staff going out of their way to suggest places to visit and eat, making us feel welcome.
. The breakfast offered was only average, and on our last morning, there was hardly anything prepared.

The hotel had a good location, with a lot of restaurants and attractions in walking distance. The bed was comfortable with fresh and soft sheets. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast and Onsen hot tubs are a plus.
The room was not cleaned properly which deducted points from the hygiene of the hotel.

Our romantic escape was a success thanks to the beautiful and super clean room, decorated in a Japanese minimalistic style. The location was ideal, close to trendy restaurants and bars, and with easy access to public transportation. We also loved the kind staff who made us feel welcome and gave us great recommendations for local attractions.
Noise became an issue at night due to the proximity of some bars and restaurants. the fans were quite loud and made it difficult to sleep peacefully.
